Refund policy

We want every customer to have a smooth and positive shopping experience. Please review the following policy before requesting a return.

30-Day Return Window

We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be unused, unworn, in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.

How to Request a Return

Before sending any product back, please contact us at pmbsourceinc@gmail.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide the necessary return instructions and, when applicable, a return shipping label. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Customer Preference or Change of Mind

If you purchased an item by mistake, ordered the wrong product, changed your mind, or the return is otherwise due to customer preference, the applicable return shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility. A 15%–20% restocking fee may also be deducted from the refund to cover shipping, handling, inspection, processing, and restocking expenses.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us promptly at pmbsourceinc@gmail.com with details and, if requested, photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and work with you toward an appropriate resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products may not be eligible for return, including perishable goods, personalized or custom products, personal-care products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, sale items, and gift cards, where applicable.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your approved return, we will notify you regarding the refund decision. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method, less any applicable restocking fee or other deductions permitted under this policy. Please allow additional processing time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

Important

All returns must be approved before the product is shipped back. Sending merchandise without first contacting us may result in the return being refused or delayed.
